"My day consists of speaking to a wide range of clients from numerous data sources we use. On each call I must speak to people ensuring I am professional, informative and that I ask probing questions to find out what financial requirements we may be able to offer the customer. Once I've gathered a basic understanding of the clients current financial situation, I make detailed notes on their finances. I then transfer the lead to the next available Financial Consultant so that they can finalise any paths of action. I can offer a wide range of services including loans, mortgages, debt solutions, ppi, claims and more..."

"To motivate myself I always try to set personal goals. I always try to be pro-active and think outside of the box. I set myself targets of what I want to achieve weekly so I always know where I am with performance. I feel that I need to be organised and always aware of a pipeline in order to boost sales when possible. When I have quieter week I try to back track on clients I spoke to previously who didn't come on board but showed interest. I set myself a personal incentive for something I want at the end of the month and I find it drives me to push on to achieve my targets."
